- Shop & business data — shop name, address, GST details, product catalog, inventory, and transaction records.
- Customer data — customer names, contact details, and credit/udhaar balances entered by you as a merchant.
- Device & usage data — device type, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic information to improve reliability.
- Shop address (manual) — business address you enter when creating or editing a shop. This is typed address text, not GPS coordinates.
Location / GPS: We do not collect, track, or store your live device location (GPS). On some older Android versions, the OS may require a location permission only so the app can discover nearby Bluetooth printers. That permission is not used to read or upload your coordinates, and we do not run continuous or background location tracking.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and maintain the iPOS point-of-sale service.
- Process orders, invoices, payments, and inventory updates.
- Authenticate your account and enforce security (PIN, OTP, sessions).
- Send service-related notifications and support communications.
