1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using iPOS by IPOSS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, PIN, and shop access. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use iPOS only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
- Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform.
- Upload malicious code or infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- Share access credentials with unauthorized persons.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
As a shop owner or staff member, you are responsible for the accuracy of product, pricing, tax (GST), and customer data entered into the system. IPOSS provides tools to assist your business but does not guarantee regulatory compliance — you remain responsible for your statutory obligations.
5. Intellectual Property
The iPOS application, branding, software, and documentation are the exclusive property of IPOSS and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for your business operations.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible. Offline functionality is provided as a convenience and synced data is subject to connectivity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPOSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of profits or data, except where prohibited by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time — see How to Delete Your Account.
